These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fixory website (fixory.repair) and our property maintenance services. By using our site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Fixory

Fixory provides property maintenance, repair, and handyman services to rental property owners and property management companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

2. Requests, estimates, and work authorization

• Submitting a request through our site does not create a binding service agreement.
• Written flat-rate estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Work begins only after you approve the estimate and, when required, sign a work authorization.
• Changes to scope after approval may result in a revised estimate.

3. Payment

• Invoices are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept standard forms of payment as disclosed on your invoice.
• Overdue balances may accrue reasonable late fees as permitted by Texas law.

4. Warranties and limitations

We warrant workmanship for a period of 30 days from completion, unless a different warranty is specified on the invoice. Parts and appliances are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unrelated failures.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of services performed is limited to the amount paid for those services.

5. Access and safety

You are responsible for providing lawful access to the property. You agree to disclose known hazards (e.g., lead paint, asbestos, aggressive animals) before we dispatch technicians.

6. Emergency services

Emergency response targets are goals, not guarantees. Response times may vary with weather, traffic, and volume. We will communicate clearly if we cannot meet a target.

7. Website use

• Do not use our site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or probe our systems.
• All site content (text, design, logos) is owned by Fixory or its licensors.

8. Third-party links

Our site links to other websites (including sister companies). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
